Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Resilient Life™ hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year, processing a large number of financial transactions and collecting registration data. The following provides important information concerning any request to cancel, substitute another person or request a refund of fees paid for our events.
Any request by a Workshop participant (registrant) must be received in writing via email to our Customer Service Department .
A request for cancellation will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12:00 PM Noon, three business days in advance of the event. For example, for a Thursday event, your cancellation must be received by 12:00 PM Noon the previous Monday. The Resilient Life™ reserves the right to re-apply your payment to any other The Resilient Life™ Workshop of your choice.
Registrants who cannot attend an event are encouraged to exercise the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in his/her place. A written notification of a substitution will be accepted by email to our Customer Service Department up to the morning of the event.
When signing in at the event, the substitute participant must bring a copy of the Online Registration Receipt or the Registration Confirmation Email issued at the time of the original purchase of the Workshop.
In the even that the Registrant requests a refund rather than a substitution Workshop, the refund will be made in the form of a check from 10-41 Inc (the Registrar) for the full amount. No credits or refunds will be applied directly to the payment method used in the original purchase. Refunds will NOT be applied directly to the method of payment used at the time of Workshop purchase (credit cards, PayPal, etc).
There will be NO administration fees charged (held back) from Registrant regarding refunds.
If The Resilient Life™ or its event partner cancels an event, all registrants will be offered the opportunity to attend any other Workshop (of equal value) of their choice.
Registrants are encouraged to carefully review all event related registration information (as found in your Online Registration Receipt, Registration Confirmation Email and/or the Event Web Page) for any additional terms or limitations that may apply to an event or program.
Helpful tips when contacting our Customer Service department
To help expedite a request for a cancellation, substitution or refund, please provide the 5-digit registration reference number and date found in the Registration Confirmation Email message.
Our Shipping Policy
Upon successful checkout of your Workshop purchase, a paid receipt from Simplify Commerce will be sent to the email entered at the time of registration and completed payment.
Concurrently, your registration will be sent to our registrar for attendance validation purposes at the venue. You may be required to present validation (proof of payment or personal ID) upon entrance to the Workshop.
Thus, your attendance designates that your purchase has been shipped and received by you.
No additional Workshop documentation is shipped to our registrants/attendees.
All Workshop materials will be provided for you at the venue specified.
We cannot view, and do not require, your credit card number encrypted & protected)
to perform any of the above services.
